Terms And Conditions of Sale:


We accept sales for orders shipped within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Sorry, but we are unable to accept international orders at this time.


All orders must be prepaid, no checks or C.O.D.'s. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Order Fulfillment:

The Naja Tool & Supply will make every attempt to ship an order within two business days of receipt. (Business days are defined as: Monday through Friday 9:00am Mountain Time to 5:00pm Mountain Time, exclusive of holidays.) In the event of a delay, we will send you an e-mail with the expected shipping date.

If only a partial shipment is possible, due to out of stock conditions, a backorder will be created until such time as the remainder of the order can be filled. You will only be billed for those items we ship. When the backordered items arrive in stock, the remainder of your order will be processed and shipped.

Shipping Charges:

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping charges are based on total weight of the order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound.

Sales Tax:

All orders shipping to a Colorado address will be billed the Colorado State Sales Tax (currently 4.0%). Additionally, all orders shipped to addresses within Adams county will be billed the Adams County Tax (currently .75%). Businesses with Colorado Resale Tax licenses or Tax Exempt Organizations will not be charged sales tax if the Naja has a facsimile copy of the business's tax license on file. Copies can be e-mailed to: You must make arrangements for tax exempt status before you place your order . Orders shipping outside the State of Colorado will not be billed for sales tax.

Return Policy:

The Naja Tool & Supply will gladly refund the purchase price for any item you wish to return unused, in the original packaging for any reason within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply to orders returned after 30 days.

Returns for repair, replacement or refund will be accepted within the item's warranty period and are at the discretion of The Naja Tool & Supply.

All returns must be approved in advance. Please e-mail stating the reason for return and your invoice number. You will be given a Return Authorization number. Please write this number on the outside of the package.

Damage Claims:

In the event of damage in shipping please do the following:

1. If the shipping container is obviously damaged please inform the delivery person at the time of receipt.

2. Save the container.

3. Call The Naja (888-340-6252) or e-mail immediately and reference your invoice number and the carrier's tracking number found on the shipping label. We will initiate the claim for damage relief. Please indicate which items were damaged so that we can send replacements as soon as possible.


The Naja Tool & Supply, Inc. disclaims any responsibility for damage or personal injury resulting from products being used improperly or from being repaired or modified by others or from abuse or use beyond normal product life expectancy or use for other than their designed purpose.
