Ordering Information You may place your order by phone, fax, e-mail or website. Sorry, but we are unable to accept international orders at this time. If ordering by phone, please have your information ready, including item numbers and quantities. All orders will be given prompt attention. Most orders ship within 24 hours of confirmation. Terms We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No checks or COD. There is a minimum order of $20.00 (not including shipping & handling). Price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. Order totals will be confirmed before credit card processing. Back Orders Out of stock items will be back ordered. Shipping charges will be added to back orders. Shipping Charges All orders will be shipped UPS. Charges are based on package weight, destination and insurance fees. UPS Next Day and Next Day-Saturday Delivery services are available upon request. Shipments cannot be made to Post Office boxes. Taxes Sales to addresses within the state of Colorado will be charged 4.1% sales tax. We require a copy of your state resale license at the time of the sale if you are purchasing for resale. Sales outside of Colorado are tax-free. Returns All returns must have a Material Return Authorization Number. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and able to be resold and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply. No returns allowed on books, videos, precious metals, gemstones or special order items. Returns for defect will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty and credited, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. Damage Claims Orders damaged in transit must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Keep all boxes and packing materials for carrier inspection.
